The Zismann Druckguss GmbH company is a foundry that manufactures diecast parts for all branches of industry.
We specialize in the production of precision parts made of diecast aluminium and zinc.
Our commitment, the existing know-how and the constant dialogue between our research and development department and our customers guarantees the high level of quality of our products which also include safety parts.
In our processing and assembly departments we mainly work and complete complicated parts ready for installation. Coatings, electroplating, Trowal centre and all types of spray plants are used by us as a matter of course for surface refinement.
We have state-of-the-art machines at our disposal for production:
hot-chamber diecasting machines (zinc) 50 - 200 t
cold-chamber diecasting machines (light metal) 300 - 700 t
controlled processing centres and In-house mould and tool manufacture
Our quality assurance complies with the high demands of the automotive supporting industry and we work with CAQ-System QUIPSY - 3 dimensional measuring machines - product inspection using x-ray technology. Quality management according to DIN ISO 9001:2008, VDA 6.1 and Environmental audit according to DIN EN ISO 14001
